As a Service Writer (at Briggs we use the title Customer Service Advisor) you’ll be the steady connection between our technicians, customers, and internal teams. Your leadership, organization, and care will keep our Service Department running smoothly making sure sure customers feel informed, technicians feel supported, and work gets done the right way.
