TxDOT’s Pharr District is seeking a Management Analyst to join our district and help shape the future of this region. The Pharr District designs, builds, and maintains state road and bridges across 8 counties. Our office plays a critical role in planning, developing, and funding both large-scale and local transportation projects that meet the region’s evolving mobility needs. In this role, you will support district leadership with complex portfolio management activities.

You’ll facilitate in-depth funding analysis, monitor district performance metrics, and review studies of employee/organizational efficiency/productivity and recommend improvements. Important:
This will be a lead worker position. This position requires building strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners. Salary Ranges:

Management Analyst III (B23): $61,184 - $99,658 annually

$5,098.67 - $8,304.83 monthly

Management Analyst IV (B25): $69,572 - $114,099 annually

$5,797.67 - $9,508.25 monthly

Management Analyst V (B27): $84,182 - $142,374 annually

$7,015.17 - $11,864.50 monthly

Work involves conducting organizational studies and evaluations, designing systems and developing procedures, conducting work efficiency studies, and preparing operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Work requires extensive contact with high-level executives, managers and governmental agencies. Employees at this level are virtually self-supervising and assume direct accountability for the work product.
