Position Information

TxDOT’s Pharr District is seeking a Management Analyst to join our district and help shape the future of this region. The Pharr District designs, builds, and maintains state road and bridges across 8 counties. Our office plays a critical role in planning, developing, and funding both large-scale and local transportation projects that meet the region’s evolving mobility needs. In this role, you will support district leadership with complex portfolio management activities.

You’ll facilitate in-depth funding analysis, monitor district performance metrics, and review studies of employee/organizational efficiency/productivity and recommend improvements. Important:
This will be a lead worker position. This position requires building strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners. Salary Ranges:

Management Analyst III (B23): $61,184 - $99,658 annually

$5,098.67 - $8,304.83 monthly

Management Analyst IV (B25): $69,572 - $114,099 annually

$5,797.67 - $9,508.25 monthly

Management Analyst V (B27): $84,182 - $142,374 annually

$7,015.17 - $11,864.50 monthly
