ResponsibilitiesAs the Municipal Court Clerk at the City of Pharr, you will perform clerical and administrative duties vital to the seamless operation of the Pharr Municipal Court. You will use your understanding of court operations, policies, and procedures to perform tasks efficiently and accurately, often with minimal supervision. You will prioritize tasks, maintain attention to detail, and proactively solve problems while engaging with diverse cases and contributing to the court's administrative success.
Qualifications- Comprehensive understanding of administrative and clerical procedures
- Solid grasp of court operations and related policies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and general business and management principles
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to recognize potential problems early and apply general rules to specific scenarios
