This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule and the opportunity to pick up shifts posted by leaders or other team members via the myTime scheduling app.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks and needs.
• Engage with guests to solve their specific needs and provide knowledge about tools, products, and services available in the total store, and those specific to your area.
• Scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately, complying with food safety standards and company best practices.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Inform guests about current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events.
• Promote and support Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment as needed; be familiar with all fulfillment services and guide guests to enroll, activate, and use them.
• Explain how to use Wallet and other features within the Target App.
• Handle returns by following register prompts and collaborating with leaders as needed to resolve guest issues while following Target policies.
• De-escalate situations and recover the guest shopping experience per policy.
• Provide easy and accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive-up Orders, and related returns; comply with applicable laws and internal policies.
• Assist with Cash Office processes as needed, including cash systems management.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times).
• Strong communication, attentiveness to guest needs, and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to educate guests about products and services and to operate technology devices and handheld scanners.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
