The server assistant is responsible for setting and clearing tables in the dining and gaming area. They assist in providing a clean and tidy environment for restaurant patrons. Their duties include removing used dishes, re‑setting silverware, and filling beverages for diners.

• Assist servers with running food.
• Remove used plates, glasses, cutlery and napkins from tables after diners are done eating.
• Assist with keeping the pool area tidy.
• Wipe up spills from the bar and tables.
• Replace cutlery and glassware in anticipation of new diners.
• Bring out meal orders.
• Handle cleaning of the FOH at the close of day.
• Assist Goat restaurant operations by hosting social gatherings, assisting with service in the main dining area and Morning Ritual coffee shop, as needed.

• Ability to align and embrace our five Core Values.

• Strong customer service skills to provide great customer experiences.
• Ability to work as a team in order to maintain an effective atmosphere.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
