To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Sr. Business Unit Manager located in US Texas Austin Pflugerville
. Reporting to the Director, Operations
, the Sr. Business Unit Manager will be responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and managing an organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence.

• Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.
• Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.
• Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.
• Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence.
• Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices.
• Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.
• Report to Senior Management team in weekly operations reviews.
• Coach, mentor and develop Operations team.
• Leverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and processes.
• Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training.
• +9 years of management experience.
• Knowledge of the MS Office (Excel, Power Point).
• Sr. Warehouse experience.
• Operation expansion experience.
• Manufacturing experience.

• Oracle and TMS systems.
• Spanish.
