Join Texas Physical Therapy Specialists as a Physical Therapist in our Orthopedic Residency program. This full‑time role offers a competitive salary of $75,000–$90,000 per year with a potential sign‑on bonus of up to $5,000.

- Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
- Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence‑based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
- Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
- Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
- Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.
- Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in Texas or current pursuit of a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
