Seasonal Multimodality Technologist (CT/X-Ray) – Full-Time Night Shift – Baylor Scott & White Pflugerville Medical Center
Location: Pflugerville, TX
Schedule: Full-Time, Seasonal – Tuesday–Friday, 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Shift Differential: Night shift differential included
Call Requirement: Some call required
Contract Length: 13-week assignment with completion bonus included
Baylor Scott & White Health is hiring a Seasonal Multimodality Technologist (CT/X-Ray) to join our Imaging team at Baylor Scott & White Pflugerville Medical Center. This 13-week full-time contract is perfect for an experienced technologist seeking a short-term, high-impact opportunity with a completion bonus and night shift differential.
You’ll perform both Computed Tomography (CT) and Radiography (X-Ray) exams in a modern facility that values teamwork, patient care, and technical excellence.
What You’ll Do- Perform CT and X-Ray imaging procedures following physician orders and established BSW protocols.
- Deliver high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring radiation safety and optimal image quality.
- Communicate effectively with patients using AIDET principles to create a professional, compassionate experience.
- Prepare and position patients accurately, confirm exposure settings, and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Follow all infection control, radiation safety, and sterile technique guidelines.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other technologists to support timely and coordinated patient care.
- Maintain imaging equipment, work area cleanliness, and proper documentation within PACS and EMR systems.
- Participate in the call rotation as scheduled.

- Education:
Graduate of an Accredited Radiologic Technology Program - Experience:
Less than one year required; CT and hospital experience preferred - Certification / Licensure:
- Certified by the ARRT (R) in Radiography
- Certified by the ARRT (CT) in Computed Tomography
- Licensed by the Texas Medical Board (TMB) as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT)
- BLS Certification (required within 30 days of hire)
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide quality care in a fast-paced environment
