Overview
The Goddard School® of Pflugerville is expanding and seeking a warm, energetic, and experienced Toddlers/Twos Lead Teacher to join our team who has strong potty training skills. This is a 9:00 a.m.
-6:00 p.m., Monday-Friday position. We are a highly reputable early childhood program focused on play-based learning, responsive caregiving, and strong family partnerships.

- Supportive, collaborative, family-friendly work environment
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, Human Development, or related field
- Experience in an early childhood program or preschool setting
- Strong understanding of child development, responsive caregiving, and potty training skills
- Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED
- Prior Experience Working With Toddlers/twos (strongly Preferred)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely handle toddlers/twos care routines
- Strong communication skills and dependable work ethic
- Warm, nurturing, and patient approach with children and families
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Create and maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment
- Implement developmentally appropriate activities and routines
- Support child’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Communicate positively and professionally with families
- Collaborate with co-teachers to ensure smooth daily operations
- Model reliability, empathy, and professionalism
