This position is from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday‑Friday. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team of outstanding educators. Experience working with infants through pre‑k age groups is highly desired. Our teachers coordinate the daily operations of their classrooms, plan and evaluate educational activities, and ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children.

• Minimum Requirement: CDA or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.

  Qualification:
  
  Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Must meet background check eligibility.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Completion of state‑mandated preservice training.
• Knowledge of State Licensing, Texas Rising Star (TRS), the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), and/or Cognia standards is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. for classroom and child safety needs.

• Plan and implement age‑appropriate curriculum that promotes all areas of development.
• Create and maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Use technology and iPad apps to document children's learning and milestones.
• Partner with families through regular communication and progress updates.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management and positive redirection strategies.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and Goddard standards.
• Collaborate with co‑teachers and administrative staff to uphold school policies and best practices.
