We are seeking a Dispatcher for a company that can keep up with its high volume services.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay: $20 hour

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatcher to coordinate daily service calls for our A/C and plumbing technicians. This role is key to ensuring timely and efficient service to our residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a good understanding of HVAC and plumbing services.

• Schedule, dispatch, and coordinate service calls for A/C and plumbing technicians.
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and gather necessary information for service calls.
• Assign jobs based on technician availability, location, and skill set.
• Monitor job progress and follow up to ensure timely completion of work.
• Handle emergency service calls and adjust schedules accordingly.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.

• Previous dispatching experience, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling systems and dispatch software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle high call volumes.
• Customer service experience and a professional phone manner.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications are a plus.
