Overview
Lead Infant Teacher 9:00AM-6:00PM. The Goddard School® of Pflugerville is expanding and seeking a warm, energetic, and experienced Lead Infant Teacher to join our Infants team (6 weeks-18 months). This is a 9:00 a.m.
-6:00 p.m., Monday-Friday position. We are a highly reputable early childhood program focused on play-based learning, responsive caregiving, and strong family partnerships. - Competitive pay: $17-$20/hour (based on experience & education)

- Supportive, collaborative, family-friendly work environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, Human Development, or related field
- Experience in an early childhood program or preschool setting
- Strong understanding of infant development and responsive caregiving
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior Experience Working With Infants (strongly Preferred)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely handle infant care routines
- Strong communication skills and dependable work ethic
- Warm, nurturing, and patient approach with children and families
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Create and maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment
- Implement developmentally appropriate activities and routines
- Support infants’ social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Communicate positively and professionally with families
- Collaborate with co-teachers to ensure smooth daily operations
- Model reliability, empathy, and professionalism
