As an Automotive Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and repairing vehicles while ensuring our guests receive top-notch service. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Utilize your skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests.
• Gain experience working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot guest concerns efficiently.
• Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding guest concerns.
• Work alongside fellow technicians to solve problems and deliver outstanding results.

If you have a positive attitude and a passion for serving guests, you might be the perfect fit! Here are the qualifications we seek:

• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic preferred, but not required.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• Drive to meet or exceed hourly goals.
• Aptitude for learning new skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A desire for long-term career development.

We want to ensure you’re prepared for the demands of the job. Here’s what you should be able to do:

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Navigate tight spaces as needed for vehicle repairs.
• Demonstrate dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Stand or walk for the majority of your workday.
• Drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Efficiently navigate a computer.
