As we continue to expand our team, we’re seeking a dedicated Plumbing Laborer / Pre-Apprentice to join us on this journey.

As a Plumbing Laborer / Pre-Apprentice, you will play a crucial role in supporting our plumbing operations and projects. This entry-level position is designed to provide hands-on experience in the plumbing trade while working alongside skilled professionals. You will be exposed to various aspects of plumbing tasks and gain valuable knowledge that will serve as a foundation for your future career as a plumber.

• Assist plumbers and plumbing technicians in daily tasks and projects
• Carry and organize tools and materials required for plumbing work
• Dig trenches and prepare work areas for plumbing installations and repairs
• Assemble and disassemble pipes, fittings, and fixtures under supervision
• Clean and maintain work areas and equipment
• Learn to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams
• Support in the installation of plumbing systems and fixtures
• Develop basic knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
• Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites
• Gain exposure to safety practices and protocols in the plumbing industry

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong willingness to learn and develop plumbing skills
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Basic understanding of hand tools and their usage
• Enthusiasm for working in a hands-on, dynamic environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
