We are seeking a skilled Cost Estimator to join our team at our facility in Pewaukee, WI. As a Cost Estimating Engineer, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs associated with manufacturing processes and products. You will utilize your expertise in CNC Milling and Lathe operations, CAD/CAM software, and blueprint reading to analyze and determine the most efficient and cost-effective manufacturing methods.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Manufacturing/Machining experience in CNC Milling, CNC Turning, and Swiss Machining
- Ability to understand and read blueprints
- Strong math skills
- Proficient in computer skills
- Industry experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and shop math skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Proficiency in GD&T, CAD/CAM Software, Blueprint Reading, and Product Design
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and process development
