Position: Recruiting Consultant Must Reside

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiting Consultant to join our team. This role requires a proactive recruiter with proven experience in cold-calling passive candidates, building strong pipelines, and successfully filling roles across various industries. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at reaching out to passive candidates, and has a strong ability to engage them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source passive candidates through Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, and other recruiting technologies.
  • Conduct candidate outreach through multiple channels, including cold calling, email, and social media.
  • Conduct in-depth screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to understand job requirements and talent needs.
  • Utilize our applicant tracking systems (Smart Recruiters) and other tools to track and manage candidates efficiently.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience through clear, timely communication.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment.
  • Write job descriptions and phone interview templates for assigned positions.
Qualifications
  • BA or associate degree is preferred, plus 5+ years of experience
  • Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced environment and engaging talent through cold calls.
  • Hands-on experience with Linked In Recruiter and Indeed for sourcing and outreach.
  • Strong ability to assess candidates and conduct structured interviews.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Team player – ability to initiate communication with team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Proficient with MS Office 365
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
