Full-Time, Monday–Friday.

Integrative Dental Solutions is a patient-focused, modern dental practice looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our team. If you take pride in keeping a clean, organized clinical environment and enjoy supporting a surgical/dental team, we’d love to meet you!

• Monday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
• Tuesday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM.
• Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM.

Pay Range: $15–$21/hour, based on experience.

As our Sterilization Technician, you will play an essential role in supporting the clinical and surgical team by ensuring instruments and rooms are prepared, sterile, and organized.

• Sterilizing dental and surgical instruments according to OSHA and infection control standards.
• Managing instrument flow: cleaning, packaging, autoclaving, and storing.
• Setting up and breaking down surgical operatories/rooms.
• Supporting 3D printing workflow (training provided if needed).
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly office and clinical space.
• Tracking supplies and assisting with restocking as needed.
• Following protocols for infection control, safety, and documentation.

• Reliable, punctual, and organized.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help where needed.

• Experience as a sterilization technician or dental assistant.
• Familiarity with sterilization equipment (autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners, instrument cassettes).
• Experience with dental/surgical room turnover.
• Experience with 3D printing is a plus (but training is available).
