Division

Building Operations (Full Time, Exempt)

Under the direction of the Office Supervisor, the Labor Coordinator is responsible for taking service calls and dispatching the appropriate service personnel, as well as coordinating labor for installations and project work.

Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED
  • Years of Relevant

    Work Experience:

    1 to 3 years dispatch/customer service experience
  • Physical

    Job Requirements:

    Operate the computer and use land line telephones and cellular phones
Key Activities
  • Take Service Calls. Take customer requests and gain thorough understanding from customer of nature of problem or request and evaluate urgency.
  • Dispatch Technicians. Match customer needs to available service technicians.
  • Technician Information. Maintain contact with all technicians and track locations and call progress.
  • Record Keeping. Enter maintenance contracts into the accounting system.
  • Billing. Assist with work order and job billing and assist with collection calls and payments as needed.
  • General Assistance. Provide general administrative support to the members of the Building Operations division.
