Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, establish procurement plans, and process RFQs.Communicate ATC’s expectations to suppliers and ensure that the selected suppliers meet all of ATC’s requirements and expectations. 3+ years of experience as a Buyer. Excellent communication and relationship building abilities, supported by strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract management skills. Process improvement experience with strong financial and market analysis capabilities.
** Preferred Qualifications
** Experience in a services, construction, or non-manufacturing, project-driven environment.

Exposure to a regulated utility environment or experience working within a highly regulated or compliance driven setting.

Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics.
