Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting details and communicating updates per post orders.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, parking areas, amenities, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.;
Control access points by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying authorization when required, and directing visitors and/or deliveries according to site procedures.;
Complete routine reports, incident reports, and shift logs, and use provided communication systems to coordinate with property personnel and/or Allied Universal supervision.
