Growth is happening with building expansions, new machinery, more moving parts and structures. We’ll need support to help install, coordinate, and maintain our facilities and equipment. To do this, we are currently seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician who will be at the forefront of our new growth. This is a skilled position; however, we have a few positions available for different skills and experience levels.
Not all duties are tasked to one person but are shared responsibilities of the team. This position also offers growth potential and will support further training to achieve new skills, licenses, and certifications.

This position is full-time, with an 8-hour shift and flexible start and end times depending on assignment, with overtime pay potential.
Snapshot of duties:
Install and maintain production machines and facilities equipment.Create new machines or supporting structures to assist in improved quality production of products.Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance during machine downtimes.Perform simple machinist duties such as milling, lathing, grinding, etc.Utilize mechanic skills including mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines. Create brackets and supports.Apply electrical skills including power feeds, motor diagnostics, sensor repair and replacement, control panel work, HMI repairs, PLC programming, and logic. Run conduits and perform general electrical repairs.Read and interpret equipment manuals and drawings, work directly with outside vendors to maintain and repair production equipment while keeping costs low and determining ROI over time.Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments as required.Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities as requested.Use a variety of hand and power tools, welders, mills, lathes, electric meters, and material handling equipment including forklifts.Comply with all company, local, city, state, and federal regulations, maintaining clean and orderly work areas, and work with a safety organizer to stay OSHA compliant.Perform other duties and projects as needed, including property management, grounds maintenance, drain clearing, roof repairs, and de-icing.You’re perfect for this job if you

:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least three years of manufacturing or construction experience, including strong mechanical and industrial skills.
- Fabrication experience of at least two years preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, and heavy equipment preferred.
- Computer skills including search engines, Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, and Gmail.
- Higher-level programming familiarity including PLC, HMI, and control logic preferred.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ pounds.
