The medical center features modern technology including Cerner EMR system and provides a supportive professional environment with a collaborative medical team.

Job Details:

• Multiple coverage dates available starting March 2026 through July 2026
• Regular hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM onsite coverage with 4:30 PM - 8:00 AM night call
• Weekend call requirements: 24-hour coverage
• Outpatient clinic hours during shift:
Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM (within the 8-hr day)
• When no outpatients are scheduled, provider will still provide onsite hospital coverage
• Typical patient load of 6-8 patients per day
• Required procedures:
Radiologic Exam Interpretation, Lumbar Puncture, EEG, Brain Death Examination, Evoked Potentials
• EEG reads for both inpatient and outpatient as needed
• Must be Board Certified in Neurology (Board Eligible not accepted)
• Must have active Michigan medical license at time of name clear
• Active DEA confirmation required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required (NIH Stroke Scale/tPA competency preferred)
• Clean malpractice history required
• Immunizations records required:
Hep B, MMR, Varicella, current Flu vaccine, Covid documentation, TB test within 12 months, TDAP within 10 years

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
