Required Skills:

• Board Certification or Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Valid State Medical License and DEA Certification
• Proven experience in performing ERCP procedures
• Strong proficiency in endoscopy and outpatient clinical management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hospital setting with multidisciplinary teams

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Previous experience in a hospital-based GI practice
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR systems
• Experience with complex GI cases and outpatient consults
• Flexibility in scheduling and availability for weekend call duties

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Completion of a GI fellowship
• At least 2 years of clinical practice experience in gastroenterology

Other Requirements:

• Availability for scheduled open dates, including weekends and potential holiday coverage
• Participation in 24-hour weekend call rotations (no weekday night call)
• Willingness to utilize Doc Time for clock-in/out procedures
• Must adhere to all licensure, certification, and compliance requirements
