Job Description
We’re hiring an Accounting & Office Administrator to manage accounts payable and receivable and ensure the day-to-day financial operations of the dealership run accurately and on time. This role is critical to keeping vendors paid, cash flowing, and internal processes tight in a fast-moving dealership environment.

Process accounts payable accurately and on schedule, including vendor invoices, approvals, and payments
Manage accounts receivable by preparing and posting customer invoices, receipts, and daily deposits
Reconcile AP and AR accounts and resolve discrepancies quickly and professionally
Maintain organized, audit-ready financial records with strong attention to detail
Communicate clearly with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding billing, payments, and account questions
Support general office and administrative functions as needed to keep operations running efficiently
Prepare and process daily cash and credit card deposits
File invoices, titles, and financial documents accurately and consistently
Prepare and submit title and registration paperwork as required
Post vendor invoices correctly to the general ledger
RequirementsExperience in accounts payable and or accounts receivable strongly preferred
Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and general ledger posting
Comfortable using accounting and dealership software;
Reynolds experience is a plus
High attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-through skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Clear, professional communication skills with vendors, customers, and internal teams
