Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed at a technology-focused location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through the appropriate chain of command.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.;
Monitor access points, assist with visitor and contractor check-in, and help manage badge and/or credential compliance in accordance with site procedures.;
Complete routine reports and documentation such as daily activity logs and incident reports, and communicate relevant updates to site leadership and/or client contacts.
