Provide customer service to clients in a tech-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with access issues, disturbances, and medical situations until additional help arrives.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including building entrances, office spaces, loading and shipping areas, and the perimeter, as site conditions vary.;
Monitor alarm panels, cameras, and/or other security-related systems when assigned, and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns through established channels.;
Complete detailed patrol and incident reports, document policy violations and/or lost and found items, and communicate relevant updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
