This role involves greeting guests and providing prompt, accurate, and courteous service.

• Take and deliver accurate drink orders in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Serve orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas.
• Know the products available for purchase and their prices.
• Be knowledgeable about the Casino facilities, current and upcoming promotions.
• Communicate passionately and effectively with guests.
• Understand company policies regarding guests' limitations.
• Be familiar with alcoholic beverages, liquors, wines, beers, and ales; portray an "ask me" attitude.
• Know about general bar equipment, Easy Bar System, ABC laws, and gaming regulations.
• Ensure guests have a positive gaming experience by being unique and spontaneous.
• Maintain excellent personal appearance.

• Upsell and recommend products to guests.
• Communicate effectively in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Perform basic math operations.
• Reconcile and balance sales at shift end.
• Navigate efficiently throughout the service area while carrying trays.
• Handle situations related to intoxication and stress professionally.
• Communicate effectively with all departments and team members.
• Perform duties in a fast-paced, interruptive environment under time pressure.
• Follow sanitation and health regulations for alcohol handling.
• Demonstrate poise, dignity, and politeness in all actions.

Must-Haves:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of beverage service experience in a high-volume setting; nightclub experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licensure as per regulatory requirements.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in a high-energy casino environment of over 300,000 sq. ft.
• Exposure to smoke, bright lights, loud noises, and adult language.
• Frequent standing and walking; occasional stair climbing.
