The Outlet Supervisor is responsible for the administration, operation, and direct management of the Café. As a member of our food and beverage leadership team, you will maintain excellent knowledge of menu items and preparation methods.

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Develop and assist in a supervisory capacity with the business plan and budget for the Café.
• Manage inventory control and ordering of supplies, food, and drinks necessary for operation.
• Develop the careers of servers, hosts, cashiers, and utility staff through training, interviewing, performance management, disciplinary counseling, and evaluations.
• Review staffing levels to maintain budgeted employment levels.
• Delegate authority and assign duties as necessary.
• Review departmental status with the F&B Manager.
• Develop, implement, and supervise programs to reduce and control loss time injuries.
• Meet with departmental directors and managers as needed.

• Analyze and interpret operational results.
• Solve complex problems.
• Knowledge of sanitation laws, health regulations, and OSHA standards.
• Maintain a flexible schedule.
• Complete duties accurately and timely, even in disruptive environments.

Must-Haves:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least three years of experience in restaurant supervision, management, purchasing, or inventory control.

• Ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by the Virginia Gaming Control Board or other applicable regulatory bodies.

• Stand for long periods without sitting or leaning.
• Climb stairs multiple times daily.
• Reach upwards with arms and body.
• Effectively multi-task.

• Lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally and 30 pounds frequently.
