RN Supervisor- Day Shift

Responsibilities

RN Day Supervisor directs and supervises nursing service activities to ensure quality patient care during off shift hours, communicates and documents functions, provides staffing levels, may act as Charge Nurse, ensures safety of all staff and patients/residents, serves as role model and resource, acts as administrative representative on off shift.

• Licensed RN in Virginia
• BSN preferred
• Minimum 5 years nursing management experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Joint Commission, OSHA state and federal regulations
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Good communication, basic clerical skills, Microsoft Office proficiency
