** Overview:
** Loads and unloads cook tanks. Responsible for the monitoring and maintaining integrity of HACCP compliance through cook and chill process according to company specifications.#

* Job Description:

**** Responsibilities:
*** Know and understand the Ham Cook Guidelines
* Know and understand the Water/Product Temperature Requirements
* Know and understand the HACCP Pre-Shipment Requirements
* Know and understand the Cook Tank Monitoring Requirements
* Know and understand the Cook Tank Probe Calibration
* Know and understand the Process Deviation/ Critical Incident Reporting
* Must work as a team player, ensuring product specifications are attained in a safe and efficient manner and communicate well with other team members
* Assist other departments as assigned by Supervisor/Lead/Manager
* Must follow company’s GMP’s, SOP’s, Plant Rules and Policies
* Must be able to follow written and oral instructions
* Strives to satisfy the requirements of internal and external customers
* Responsible for keeping work area clean
* Other duties may be assigned
*
* Qualifications:

*** High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Read and understand cook & busl charts and thermometer
* Must have basic computer skills and be able to navigate software
* Must have the ability to produce error free operational documentation#
