Overview: A Packer is responsible for packing the muscles and proper placement of muscles in molds.
Responsibilities:
- Places raw turkey breast pieces into the pans used to manufacture Oven Gold.
- Ensures the proper placement of the breast pieces to achieve the correct product shape and appearance.
- Performs responsibilities at prescribed line speeds.
- Works cooperatively with other Packers to share workload and meet product specifications.
- Stands in place during job functions.
- Follows GMPs, SOPs, HACCP procedures, and plant policies.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in temperatures below 40 degrees.
- Willing to perform other job functions as needed.
- Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs.
