Industrial Electrician – Petersburg, VA

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems across heavy manufacturing equipment.
• Install, repair, and balance loads for pumps, cranes, and complex circuits.
• Use diagnostic tools to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep production efficient and safe.

• Completion of Ramsey Electrical exam.
• 3–5 years of heavy industrial electrical maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of AC/DC motor theory, PLC troubleshooting, and high‑voltage systems.
• Ability to read schematics and use electrical maintenance tools.
• Ability to work a Dupont 4/3 schedule with 12‑hour rotating shifts: days, nights, and two consecutive weekends. Work 14 of 28 days for work‑life balance.

• First‑year earnings of $95,000/year: $35.44/hr base pay, bi‑weekly production bonus, shift premiums, and 354 hours of scheduled annual overtime.
