Essential Functions
- Maintains and supports the integrity of the operating system environment and various computer systems.
- Performs systems maintenance tasks, such as system back-up, recovery, and file maintenance to promote uptime and efficient performance.
- Acquires, installs, and tests system software upgrades and computer components.
- Configures software and resolves technical problems. >
Maintains documentation of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 5-7 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
- Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree
- Discipline/Major: Information Technology or other technical degree preferred
- Knowledge, skills & abilities: Backup/Recovery. Email Administration. Licensing Management. Problem Analysis. System Administration. System and Console Operations. System Monitoring. Physical Requirements

Pay Range (USD)
$77,140.00 - $
PTO, Holiday, and Family Leave
Employees will receive 11 paid holidays and 120 hours of PTO annually and up to 3 weeks paid family leave.
