Full-Time | Day Shift| Relocation Assistance within U.S.
We’re hiring a Maintenance Supervisor II - Electrical to lead maintenance operations in a fast‑paced, heavy‑industrial environment. This role oversees electrical systems, utilities, overhead cranes, mobile equipment, and facility infrastructure while driving safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. Join our high‑performing team where your leadership directly impacts reliability, safety, and operational excellence.

- Lead and develop electrical maintenance technicians
- Manage maintenance for utilities, cranes, mobile equipment, and building systems
- Implement preventive/predictive maintenance to reduce downtime
- Partner with operations to ensure equipment reliability
- Conduct audits, analyze trends, and drive corrective actions
- Champion safety programs and emergency preparedness
- Use CMMS and CAD tools for planning and documentation
- Engineering degree or HS diploma and 5 years electrical experience
- 3-5 years supervisory experience in heavy manufacturing
- Strong AC/DC, motors, transformers, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with HVAC, baghouses, switchyards, and scale systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Project, and maintenance software
- Strong leadership focus on safety, quality, and team development
