We have several full-time, on-site vacancies for the academic school year in the following content areas:
Literary Arts, Vocal Music & Dance located at ARGS in Petersburg, VA. Teachers will be responsible for creating and delivering lesson plans, facilitating learning experiences, assessing academic progress, and fostering an inclusive and engaging classroom environment. The individual will also collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure the success and development of students both academically and personally.
- Expertise in Lesson Planning and Teaching to design and deliver effective educational content
- Strong skills in Education and Training to address diverse student needs and learning styles
- Excellent Communication skills for both verbal and written interactions with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to encourage and inspire students through creative and engaging teaching methods
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (required); teaching licensure or certification (required)
- Prior experience in classroom teaching is highly desirable
- Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
