Pay Rate: £19.55 – £26.39 per hour

Fabricators are required for a long-term assignment based in Peterlee, working within a modern, high-quality manufacturing environment.

This Fabricator role offers competitive pay rates, regular overtime, monthly bonuses and the opportunity to develop skills in a safety-critical, quality-driven operation producing heavy-duty equipment for global markets.

This is a 2-year agency contract, with one month’s notice.

Role provides fabrication and assembly work to tight tolerances, following standard work instructions and operating from build and assembly fixtures. The role requires a strong focus on quality, safety and teamwork within a structured manufacturing environment.

• Proven fabrication or assembly experience
• Ideally experience within a heavy manufacturing or engineering environment
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (or relevant time-served experience)
• Experience working to tight tolerances
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

36.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday

3-shift rotating system

Shift rates: £19.55 – £26.39 per hour

Overtime available
