About the Role

The Thrive Group are looking for a qualified, proactive Electrician to join the engineering team at a busy manufacturing site. You'll play a key role in keeping production lines running smoothly, safely, and efficiently - minimising downtime and ensuring electrical systems are reliable across all areas of the site.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production line equipment and factory electrical systems.
Diagnose faults and repair or replace components to keep lines operational.
Ensure all electrical work meets 17th/18th Edition standards and complies with site safety procedures.
Support continuous improvement by identifying potential upgrades or reliability issues.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to maintain a safe, high-performing work environment.
Complete maintenance records and adhere to company procedures and compliance standards.

What you need

Fully qualified Electrician with NVQ Level 3 / HNC (Electrical Engineering) or equivalent.
17th or 18th Edition certification.
Experience working within a manufacturing or food production environment.
Strong fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently.

Reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
