- You’ll gain hands‑on experience in process optimisation, continuous improvement, and technical problem‑solving.
- Responsibilities will include monitoring processes, analysing performance data, supporting improvement projects, and creating Standard Operating Procedures.
- The Graduate Process Engineer will also have exposure to lean manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma methodology, working alongside senior engineers and managers to deliver real impact.

- Degree (BEng, MEng, or MSc) in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Interest in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma (desirable but not essential)
- Enthusiasm to learn and take ownership of tasks
