Attendance Support Officer

We are recruiting an Attendance Support Officer to work within a primary school supporting improved attendance and engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor pupil attendance and punctuality
• Support pupils and families to overcome barriers
• Work with pastoral and safeguarding teams
• Build positive relationships with pupils
• Encourage consistent school attendance

• Experience working with families or young people is desirable
• Strong communication skills
• Supportive and professional manner

This role plays a vital part in helping pupils access education and thrive in school.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
