Psychology Graduate Emotional Wellbeing Assistant
Location:
Peterlee
Pay: £90–£110 per day
Contract:
Full-Time, Ongoing
This Emotional Wellbeing Assistant role is suited to a psychology graduate with a strong interest in child mental health and emotional development. You will support pupils who struggle with emotional regulation, anxiety and behaviour, helping them feel safe, supported and able to engage with learning.
Responsibilities- Providing emotional and behavioural support throughout the school day
- Supporting pupils during moments of dysregulation
- Encouraging emotional literacy and reflection
- Supporting classroom learning and engagement
- Working closely with pastoral and SEN staff
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
This role provides excellent experience for those interested in mental health or therapeutic careers.
