We are looking for a Team Leader to join our multiuser site in Peterborough
. You will operate as a working team member and conduct tasks in all areas of the warehouse. You will assist in leading the team and being at the forefront of the operations, ensuring that KPIs and SLAs are met daily.

This is a full-time, permanent position working Tuesdays to Saturdays
, covering the hours of 2pm to 10pm
.

• Conduct performance, welfare, absence and investigation meetings

• Proven experience in managing a team within a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Proven experience in performance management
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
