We’d love you to be part of our journey:

As a Software Engineer (AI Engineering), you will be part of a team responsible for designing and implementing agent-ready systems and developer tools. You’ll write production-grade software that enables safe, scalable, and AI-augmented engineering.

• Build and maintain services that support AI agent interaction
• Apply GenAI to modernise, refactor, and accelerate legacy systems
• Implement APIs, contracts, and metadata aligned with the Model Context Protocol
• Contribute to internal tooling that supports AI-native SDLC workflows
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and incident response

• Strong backend development experience
• Familiarity with or eagerness to learn:
• Model Context Protocol for managing context and tool interfaces for agents
• LLM integration patterns including prompt orchestration and tool calling
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for dynamic context injection
• GenAI-enhanced development tools and frameworks such as Cursor, Unblocked.

• Delivers high-quality, maintainable code that meets spec
• Owns problems end-to-end from design through deployment
• Quickly learns and applies emerging AI-native engineering patterns
• Raises the bar for system simplicity, clarity, and agent-readiness
