This Commercial Plumber opportunity offers varied installation, maintenance and refurbishment work across multiple commercial sites, with a fully expensed vehicle provided.

Job Title: Commercial Plumber
Location: Multiple sites across Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire & Northamptonshire
Hours: 8:00am 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Pay: Up to £16-24/hour depending on experience

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Plumber to support the Mechanical and Facilities teams across a range of commercial and industrial installations.
This hands-on Commercial Plumber role includes installation work, reactive callouts and planned preventative maintenance. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship while ensuring full compliance with current regulations and legislation.

The successful Commercial Plumber will work independently and as part of a wider team, supporting projects, completing testing and certification, and mentoring apprentices where required.

What You ll Be Doing

• As a Commercial Plumber, your responsibilities will include:
• Carrying out plumbing and heating installations
• Undertaking fault finding, remedial repairs and refurbishment works
• Completing PPM maintenance across commercial sites
• Inspecting, testing and certifying new and existing installations
• Working to current gas, plumbing and heating regulations
• Completing accurate job documentation (electronic and paper-based)
• Supporting apprentices and assisting other trades when required

What We re Looking For

• City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating
• Commercial Gas qualification (essential for senior level)
• Proven commercial or industrial experience
• Strong fault-finding ability
• Minimum 2 5 years post-qualification experience
• Full clean UK driving licence
• Own hand tools and battery tools
• Professional, reliable and well-organised approach
