This Commercial Plumber opportunity offers varied installation, maintenance and refurbishment work across multiple commercial sites, with a fully expensed vehicle provided.

8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Pay:
Up to £16-24/hour depending on experience
  
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Plumber to support the Mechanical and Facilities teams across a range of commercial and industrial installations.
This hands-on Commercial Plumber role includes installation work, reactive callouts and planned preventative maintenance. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship while ensuring full compliance with current regulations and legislation.
  
The successful Commercial Plumber will work independently and as part of a wider team, supporting projects, completing testing and certification, and mentoring apprentices where required.
  
What You’ll Be Doing
 
As a Commercial Plumber, your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out plumbing and heating installations
Undertaking fault finding, remedial repairs and refurbishment works
Completing PPM maintenance across commercial sites
Inspecting, testing and certifying new and existing installations
Working to current gas, plumbing and heating regulations
Completing accurate job documentation (electronic and paper-based)
Supporting apprentices and assisting other trades when required    
What We’re Looking For
 
City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating
Commercial Gas qualification (essential for senior level)
Proven commercial or industrial experience
Strong fault-finding ability
Minimum 2–5 years post-qualification experience
Full clean UK driving licence
Own hand tools and battery tools
Professional, reliable and well-organised approach
