Electrical Working Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Working Supervisor to oversee electrical works on a commercial fit-out project. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard, while remaining hands-on when required.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works on a commercial fit-out project

* Manage site activities including containment, first fix, second fix, power, lighting, and final connections

* Ensure all electrical works comply with current regulations, drawings, and project specifications

* Lead, motivate, and manage electricians and subcontractors on site

* Maintain and enforce high standards of health & safety at all times

* Carry out hands-on electrical duties when required

* Liaise closely with project managers, site managers, and other trades to maintain programme

* Complete site documentation including permits, RAMS, progress reports, and inspections

* Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve site issues efficiently to avoid delays

Electrical Working Supervisor Requirements

* Proven experience as an Electrical Working Supervisor on commercial fit-out projects

* Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

* Valid ECS / CSCS card

* Strong knowledge of current electrical regulations

* SMSTS or SSSTS (preferred)

* Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and programmes

* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

* A proactive approach with a strong commitment to health & safety
