Salary: £36,000 - £41,000 plus van, tools, company bonus scheme and regular overtime.

Location:

Peterborough & Cambridgeshire.

Hours:

40 hours per week.

Contract:

Permanent.

We’re looking for a trade operative with experience in multiple trades. You will deliver a first class service to our properties covering Wisbech, March, Peterborough, Cambridge and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs connected with all aspects of specialist and secondary trades.
• Work efficiently and complete tasks within required deadlines.
• Provide excellent customer care to residents and staff.
• Travel to property sites across the region as required.

Qualifications:

• Experience in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, flooring and roofing.
• Valid UK driving licence – vehicle will be provided for work use.
• Good customer service skills and reliable, experienced trade operative.
• Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
