Mansfield Sand Company Limited operates two divisions from its base in Mansfield, North Nottinghamshire:
Mansfield Sand and Mansfield Brick. Mansfield Sand specialises in producing high-quality sands for various applications, including sports, equestrian, landscaping, leisure, and industrial uses. Mansfield Brick focuses on manufacturing concrete commons, coursing bricks, and infill slips for block and beam flooring markets. Role Description

Sales Area - Cambridgeshire, Southeast, South Coast, London and surrounding areas.

This is a full-time hybrid role. The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving regional sales targets. Key tasks include building and nurturing relationships with clients, providing product information and solutions, analyzing market trends, and working closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves creating sales forecasts and reports, as well as participating in client meetings and industry events to promote the company's products and services.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinking and ability to analyze market trends to drive business growth
  • Proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, and reporting tools
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a hybrid work environment
  • Experience with sand, construction, or industrial materials industry is beneficial
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across the region for client meetings
