Overview
Construo Recruitment is working with a leading commercial services business to recruit a Sales Executive with proven experience booking appointments for field-based sales teams. This is a key role in driving business growth and ensuring the sales team has a steady stream of opportunities.
Location:
Peterborough. Salary: £30,000 + Commission.
- Make outbound calls to prospects and existing clients
- Book qualified appointments for field sales professionals
- Engage key decision-makers and manage objections effectively
- Maintain accurate CRM records and call logs
- Work to targets and KPIs to support sales growth
- Proven B2B Sales / appointment setting experience
- Confident, professional phone manner
- Target-driven with excellent communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems
