Sales Adviser – haart Peterborough
We’re looking for a dynamic, driven, and customer-focused individual to join our Peterborough team as a Sales Adviser .
OverviewThis role is perfect for someone passionate about sales with a strong focus on canvassing, prospecting new business, and building long‑term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Drive new business opportunities and increase market share.
- Represent haart across the Peterborough area.
- Ensure daily/weekly/monthly business targets are met.
- Manage valuation opportunities, portal leads, and ROSIE system activities.
- Lead canvassing and door‑knocking strategy as the Canvassing Champion.
- Engage in local canvassing, prospecting, social media, door‑knocking, telephone prospecting, and leaflet distribution.
- Generate referral business through first‑class customer engagement.
- Maintain high standards of outbound call volumes and property sales outreach.
Passport or Birth Certificate.
- £25,000 basic salary.
- Complete on target earnings of £42,000 per year.
- Additional commission scheme.

- Full‑time hours: 8:30am‑6pm four weekdays and 9am‑5pm every Saturday.
- 30 days annual leave (includes bank holidays).

- Day‑to‑day learning led by our industry experts.
- Second week at the L&D Centre within your first five‑to‑six weeks of employment.
- Achieve business targets and lead valuation generation.
- Maintain high quality of ROSIE software and valuation pipeline.
- Lead canvassing strategy and track new listings and opportunities.
- Engage in daily 1:1 meetings for coaching and business development.
- Generate referral business and build personal brand through social media and video usage.
- Take inbound calls and ensure applicant registration and valuation opportunities are closed.
