Telesales Executive
Peterborough
£30,000 + commission
Construo Recruitment is working with a leading commercial services business to recruit a highly experienced Telesales Executive. This role is perfect for someone confident on the phone, skilled at engaging decision-makers, and experienced in booking qualified appointments for sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospects and existing clients
* Book qualified appointments for field-based salespeople
* Build rapport and handle objections professionally
* Maintain accurate CRM records
* Work to targets and KPIs, supporting overall sales growth
Experience Required
* Proven experience in B2B telesales or appointment setting
* Track record of booking appointments for sales teams
* Confident, professional telephone manner
* Ability to engage decision-makers quickly
* Experience using CRM systems
